Truck Driver Interface
PROJECT
This interface aims to solve the specific problems a semi truck driver faces in their everyday life. The solution I created in this project includes an embedded center screen and a watch that are interconnected and can communicate to each other when necessary to alert the driver.

Project Overview
Create a watch screen and truck interface to assist a long-haul truck driver with fatigue and adverse weather/traffic conditions.

In order to argue there is a market need for this product, I did preliminary research on truck drivers.

Originally I was inspired to create a screen integrated into the steering wheel of the vehicle.
After sketching and conceptualizing I realized that I didn’t have enough intent behind the concept to justify it, and switched concepts.
I decided to switch to the idea of a center console screen inside the truck, and a watch wearable for the driver.
Inside Figma I created 2 layouts and made each widget a component allowing me to test out 90 different combinations.
